Total Training is your all-in-one off-season program built to level you up in every part of your game. From technical sharpness to tactical awareness to physical strength, this is the complete training experience designed to help you dominate next season. Show up ready to work — leave ready to make an impact.
2 training options per week: you can choose 1 or both days
All trainings are held in our Indoor Soccer Facility
Day 1: Touch Lab & Field Fit
Touch Lab - tight ball control and first touch work
Field Fit - weight and agility room with Coach James Babb of Babb Fitness (Sport Specific CPT)
*Ages 5-10: Field Fit will consist of only agility to improve speed, coordination, balance, and reaction time.
Day 2: Precision Play
Precision Play - 2v2, 3v3 Games
Small-sided play is the secret sauce for off-season development. The limited space demands a clean first touch, tight ball control, constant movement, and quick decision making—all crucial elements in high-level soccer. One bad touch? You lose the ball. Space is tight, it’s fast-paced, and each player is involved in almost every play leading to max reps— plus, it’s a whole lot of fun.
